There are so many activities and so much to do on the Chatham Islands that we would be surprised if you managed to tick them all off in one visit. From fishing, diving, beach walks, checking out the critically endangered bird species and a huge number of endemic plant varieties, to the most amazing scenery and history, right here in front of you.
Within a stone’s throw from the font door of the lodge, visitors can catch fish, take the most spectacular photographs, walk in the fresh seaside air, or stroll through lush green coastal pastures as they admire the scenery. There are sacred sites and historical locations dotted all over these far flung islands and today, there are a range of contemporary cultural attractions for our visitors to see and immerse themselves in.
Your hosts, Greg and Rosemary will make sure you get to see those things that interest you.

Activities are tailored to suit the abilities of the participant. Some activities can be inherently dangerous activities, so we do try to minimise dangers where possible.
Greg and Rosemary will take you to all activities and will provide all of the equipment or gear that you may need to complete that activity.
